We had been shopping for a few weeks to lease a new car. A couple of other dealers gave us the run-around and we were so frustrated. Our experience with Jose and Gary was not stressful. Once we agreed on a price and a car, they handled all the paperwork. Once we arrived to pick up the car, they went over ever feature and detail. They even followed up the next day to make sure we didn't have any questions. Very professional!

I have a friend that suggested a Volvo. My last car I purchased was 10 years ago. I went to dealership for a used car and left with a 2017 XC60. I love it. Ronnie our salesman was very knowledgeable and personable. He was a joy to work with. He answered all our questions and worked very quickly with us . I would recommend him to all my friends. My son has an old Volvo still running. At this point I am very satisfied.

This review is on behalf of the poor experience with the "sales manager" Tim Digaetano who said and promised anything to get the quick sale ! The salesperson who helped us, who I don't want to name to be fair, was great. What is going on months now since Tim made all these promises , Turns out We are not the only customers that had this type experience with him.We have been coming here for years and have had great experiences . I have to say the the rest of the sales staff and dealership personal are great, professional , friendly and honest including the service department. We would of given a gleaming 5 star review if It wasn't for the poor experience and odd encounter we had with Tim who just seem to have a untrustworthy used car salesman feeling about him!Tim was involved with the process , too involved! He was very hyper soon as we met him, he would say something and in the next sentence contradict what he just said ! He made mistake after mistake and seemed to be out of touch on planet Tim! What was most worrisome and a red flag was how his attitude/demeanor fluctuated so rapidly. He was all over the place!Turns out We are not the only customers that had this type experience with him.We decided to share our poor experience so others can be forewarned on what to expect before they also get treated this way . What is going on months now since our experience , turns out Tim "no longer works for the dealership" what a surprise!The only good part about this news it that we will give the dealership another chance and keep using their great service department with Mark .

Killed two birds with one stone thanks to the efficiency of the service that Jaffarians provides. They were not only accommodating but also pleasant to deal with. As with any dealership, price bargaining leads to less desirable payment monthly.This dealership kept up with the normal let's put you in this car to get your payment where you need it to be.In the end my payment was way off from where I need it to be.But being in the situation of my car being totalled (not at fault) the desperation to get a car certainly played a part in my final decision to go with a lease.

Keep in mind this review is coming from someone who has worked in dealerships before. I sent in a request on a new S90 and received a response from one of the salespeople. It was good but I wasn't quite ready to commit. When I didn't answer, I was surprised to get a response from none other than Gavin Jaffarian, the sales manager at the dealership. He put together an excellent lease that was quite frankly, at least $50 less per month and less cash down than the offers I was receiving from local dealerships. Even more surprising is that the car was almost 4K more expensive. It's for my elderly grandmother and she's easily overwhelmed. These guys made it easy to get all the paperwork done before I come in so that I can just pick up the car. It's rare that you get a response and get to work with a sales manager directly. I highly recommend Jaffarian Auto Group. Being in the industry I can say for sure that it's always better to deal with a family operation than one of the national groups. Thanks again!

Nikol was very friendly. Manny was very helpful. The only issue was a very small one, but the car was handed over to me with the steering wheel locked. Because of some safety protection system, the car wouldn't go into gear. I probably could have figured it out, and I learned something in the process. All in all, a near-perfect experience.

On Saturday my tire exploded as I was traveling with my dog in the back seat. For the first time, I used the Volvo app to request service. To my amazement I received a call within 2 minutes and had roadside service within the time stated( (1/2 hr.). I called Jaffarian to see if I could come.there immediately with the spare donut tire and to ask if ok to bring my dog. The service personnel were busy so the receptionist went downstairs ti check. I received a text to come in and ok to bring the dog. Within an hour(at most) I had a new tire and was driving away. Top service and no overselling, Really nice people.

Recalls were completed no issues. Service desk Nikol is awesome!! I have a noise at 40mph. The technician evaluated and stated o need a new front pipe on exhaust, and a piece in muffler that rattles at certain rpm. Total cost 480.00. Second opinion at Hogan tire, who replaced exhaust in 2015. A 19.00 gasket was replaced to solve leak, and muffler had nothing inside to rattle. Second noise never solved.

I received a letter to renew my lease early, I was very happy with my sales person. I was not impressed with the sales manager assigned to me. . I came back the next day to start the paperwork but not pick up the car until the following day. I felt very rushed to leave with the car that evening which would have been ok if my sales person hadn't been so busy. I ended up waiting for 3 hours A wonderful manager came out to apologize profusely for the uncleanliness of the vehicle and asked me to come back the following night so he could make things right. The finance manager was excellent.

It was time for the first routine service on our 2017 XC60 and I booked an appointment (no hassle over the phone) to wait for the work to be done. I brought the car in at 8, chose the free car wash over the available premium options and sat down with my magazine and phone in what is a very spacious, comfortable waiting room. The car was ready in an hour, sitting out by the door for me to drive it away. The experience could not have been much better.

I heard mixed reviews about this dealership and had a memorable experience when I went to have my old Volvo serviced there years ago. Our most recent experience was quite positive as we were able to close pretty quickly on a lease deal. Our salesperson (Francesca) did well to move along the process. I would recommend this dealership. The cost was almost $50 cheaper per month then any other dealer.

I just went in to service my leased car, for the first time at this dealership and they were super friendly. It is near the end of my lease so I went to talk to sales while I waited to see what kind of offer I could get. Josh and Gary helped me right away. After just a couple of questions (which felt like I was talking to friends) I got an offer that was very much better than I expected. I was really surprised I didn't have to haggle. I think I am still surprised almost a week later. They made my lease renewal for a new car extremely enjoyable and very comfortable. I was very happy at this, considering my first experience with one of their sister dealerships was not a good experience at all. The process was so quick and easy, they did everything for me. I even got to drive the car home that day. You really took the stress right out of car shopping for me. I will continue to do business with Jaffarian and have already recommended them to others. As a former owner of a very busy repair facility and Service Manager at a few others, I am pretty critical when I go somewhere for ServiceJaffarian makes it very easy to make an appointment. When you arrive, a porter handles the car once you drive in...I was checked in immediately and went to a very nice waiting room with refreshments and interesting TV to watch..This is when it gets fantastic.....I get a text, which is a video of the technician actually changing the oil, documenting the brake and pad condition, documenting the tire wear and a report on the undercarriage of the vehicle...fantastic!!!The vehicle was staged inside and clean and ready very quickly..appx 30 minutes..That Service is as good as it gets.. I have bought several cars over the years and usually dread walking into the dealership. I've been hounded over the phone and had salespeople try to sell me things I didn't need.What a pleasure my experience was at Jaffarian. I was met at the door by Francesca who was very sweet and knowledgeable. I told her I just wanted a test drive and she did just that. She brought me out on the highway so I could check acceleration and the safety features. She explained how everything worked in a very easy manner. She didn't try to talk me into a more expensive model with features I didn't need. She explained the advantages of the model that I drove. I wasn't badgered after my visit. I was given time to think about it. When I decided the car was a good fit for me, Mr Shamshoyan gave me a good price for the car I wanted. I know because I researched prices and he was more than fair and also a lovely man to talk to.My car is new so I haven't used the service department as of yet but I can say it looks good. The waiting area is large, clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The service staff are the most friendly people you could meet. This visit was for a state inspection and to fix a brake light problem. I set up the appointment by phone and they were ready for me when I arrived. Booking in was very smooth, as always and the personal service is really unmatched any where else, like meeting old friends.These are awesome folk. While I was there they took care of another customer with exactly the same care and attention explaining what was found and how the repairs could be done.

I dropped my truck off to get fixed after a hit and run. The staff were very polite and easy to talk to. I was given a rental on the spot, which was brand new! My car was fixed earlier than expected and when I showed up to drop off, to my surprise, my truck was completely cleaned, inside and out! We recently received a recall notice for our new 2017 Volvo XC90. I went on line to see that a second recall notice was also in the works. I called Jaffarian to schedule the handling of both recalls noticed. I was extremely pleased how easy and quick it was to get a convenient appointment. The service employees are gracious and I like the personal touch with the mechanic giving you a video tour of the service. Service still takes too long in comparison to other providers and is on the expensive side. I only bring in for major mileage services when the Prius expertise is important.

When I awoke my battery was dead I called service @ 7 AM and told them the problem , I was told that they put me on the list to have the problem checked out. Go the car jumped and proceeded to the dealer. Upon arrival I was dealt with very quickly during my approx. 1 HR stay the service people met with me twice updating the progress. Problem solved (dead Cell in Battery) on my way in a bit over 1HR. Great service and follow up!

I have bought and paid for at least a dozen cars in my lifetime and never have I ever encountered a more pleasurable experience dealing with Chris Grandmaison. He is without question the best of the best!!!! His professionalism along with uncanny knowledge of the product line was absolutely amazing. He took his time to listen to what I wanted in a vehicle and at no time did I feel pressured in any way. He worked with the F&I Director Tom C. to obtain financing and the offer of both an extended warranty along with maintenance plan was exactly what I needed in my vehicle. Dropped off my Mercedes on Tuesday 11/8/16 with no hassle (paperwork was ready) given a loaner again with no hassle and the repairs were completed by that Friday 11/11/16. The only problem was that I was given a Prius for the loaner and I am 6'6" hard time driving and getting in and out of the car but this small inconvenience was solved by the quickness of the repairs Also it should be noted that due to my insurance coverage there was no cost to me for either the repairs and car loaner

This was my 1st purchase from a dealer and it was a great experience! I purchased a slightly used car. The price was very fair and there was good communication throughout the process from Francesca and she patiently answered all of my questions and showed me how every function worked in the car. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. At my request, Jafferian touched up a couple of scratches on the car. They even fixed a recall issue without my asking for it to be done and delivered the car to my home. I highly recommend Jafferian.

I leased my car from another dealership but went to Jafferian because i wanted to see if another place could sweeten my deal ( I am a seamstress and I do not make a ton of money so my budget is very important). I was welcomed by Mary Kate and from the second i walked in to the second i left (minus the 1 1/2 wait past my appt time for financing, but Tom was super nice and apologetic) i was satisfied.

I was shopping for a new vehicle for a while now and not having much success. A friend recommmended Jaffarian in Haverhill, Ma and I was lucky enough to be paired up with a great salesman. Chris was not only professional, but also very knowledgeable of the vehicles and various features. His "no nonsense" attitude and honesty are not always typical of a salesmen, but definitely not something that goes unnoticed.

All team members were responsive and helpful. Also I believe I paid a fair price for my new vehicle which was refreshing. Overall very good. However, with regard to maintenance work, I am not convinced that my brand new vehicle should vibrate at 70 mph or higher. Not buying the vehicle is light so it will do this. Also past maintinence experience I asked that the service folks swap out old wipers with new ones. When they did this they did not click the blades in place so when driving in next rain storm one of the new wipers flew of the car and was not retrievable the other one stayed on but was not locked on. Service dept could improve with quality of work and still not sure if they actually checked out my alignment or not?

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from sales rep Mary Kate Fischer Monday August 29, 2016. Mary was very friendly, professional and very helpful getting all current info of service performed & CarFax reports in my hands plus a perfect test drive. I had previously researched this particular SUV and knew its history going in the door prior. I had been looking couple months for this exact model with these exact features. This was a great first time car dealership experience for me! The sales team was great at showing me the specs on the car, and the negotiation went great as well. Almost always had a great experience bringing my car in for work at Jaffarian. The service people are friendly and pleasant. They let you know what they find and the reasons behind each cost or recommendation. This time I brought my car in for a air-conditioning problem that occured after the car had been running for at least a half hour during hot days while sitting in traffic. Something they weren't able to replicate in their garage. I paid for an AC recharge as they couldn't find a problem. Now There is considerably more time that I am subject to comfortable temperatures before the problem begins to re-occur. So the only downside to my experience with them is that it seems as if once in a while they don't attempt to replicate the situation as fully as they could.

First things first - I highly doubt that most of these reviews are legitimate. One review a day? Unlikely. They have almost 4 times as many reviews as other dealers in the area. Based on my experience, I find it very hard to believe they are from actual customers and I call BS. I should have listened to everyone else and never even bothered going here. From the "copy and paste" emails for the sales team, to a very unfriendly encounter with Gavin Jaffarian, I would never, ever considered coming back here. I would literally pay thousands of more to purchase an identical car from another dealer, just to avoid giving this place my hard-earned money. Seriously, you'll feel like you need to take a shower when you leave.

Bought a used car but they were busy. All went well, but while waiting I wanted to look at a brand new car that was out back. I asked a few people about it, but it was never brought out front. I believe it was not sold or anything. I was waiting around for quite a while and if that car were available to view, they might have made another sale. I think the service tech needs to slow down and double check his work because he forgot to tighten the oil plug after changing the oil. If I was not watching for oil drips under the car it could have cause real bad damage. I do not hold it against him or her because we are all human and we can make mistakes at times. After seeing the drips I brought it back and it was corrected in a timely manner and no fuss was made. I hope you all keep up the good work and all I ask is for the guys to just double check yourself so there will be happy customers like me. thanks guys for all you do.

I brought my car in for normal maitenence and also with a few complaints regarding my vehicle. I was listened to, and I didn't feel like my complaints were pushed aside. I was correct regarding my car, and the part was ordered and replaced within a few short days. I was kept updated regarding the status of the fix, and I loved that. Mark was very polite,and professional. I recommend anyone go there to see him (although the rest of the staff are very nice as well). Nothing better than feeling comfortable leaving your car with someone who you know will have everything taken care of, and have you feeling safe in your car.

I had a very good and pleasant car buying experience. Chris was very friendly and helpful going out of his way to please. I much appreciated his straightforwardness. Also I had an exceptionally good price for the car. Manufacturer added an extra option which was not ordered, but Sarkis gave us a very reasonable deal to resolve the issue. One suggestion for improvement (not a criticism): there were several intermittent waiting intervals both on the day of purchase and on the day of pickup, and at times we did not know why we had to wait at all. It would help a great deal if the customer is told exactly why he should wait.

I have been going to Jaffarian Volvo service for several years after going to another Volvo service center. Jaffarian has good service and are honest. When they tell me I will be needing my brake pads replaced soon. I ask them whether it is emergent and how bad are they, they tell me how many mm are left and estimate how many more months they will last. They do not pressure me to replace things emergently and provide honest service. This is why I continue to go back.

On a sunny Saturday afternoon I discovered that one of my aging tires had a bubble in it. I called around 1pm, and they got me in at 4, changed and balanced tires (I knew I needed new ones)--and was on my way by 5:30. They kept me informed as to what I needed, explained everything. Gave me a great deal and they were no pressure during the sale. Car was ready exactly when they said it would be. Had to go back the next day because I had some questions about the car and they took the time to help me even though the sale was complete. I was overdue for an oil change and I can't remember the name of the young man who made my appointment, but he got me in right away. When I arrived at Jaffarian, David took such good care of me. He's always polite and addresses all of your concerns and facilitates your appointments so that you are out of there in a timely fashion. He really made me feel good when he said that my tires were still in good shape because I have an inspection coming up. He also washed my car! Great guy.

I called to make an appointment to have my power steering looked at and was able to come in the very next morning. My issue was resolved in 2 hours while I waited. The service rep kept me informed of what was going on with my car at each step in the process and requested my permission and told me the cost before any work was performed. The waiting room was very comfortable. I brought my laptop to work while I waited and was happy to find a couple of desks just for that purpose. Not to mention the free coffee, water, Welch's juice and snacks were a nice treat too. This Volvo dealership is not the closest to my home, however, the extra ride is well worth it each and every time!

Just purchased a new vehicle from Jaffarian and couldn't be happier. My salesman, Richard, was fantastic..super knowledgeable about his product line, excellent follow up, absolutely zero pressure, and a consummate professional. I'd done my homework, compared other dealers and although I was able to put together similar deals elsewhere, I chose to purchase from Jaffarian because of my experience with Richard and also Gavin Jaffarian. Overall I'm extremely satisfied, would recommend JaffarianF, and will be back for future automotive purchases. Constructive criticism - The entire sales process was great, right up to the point where I provided my deposit. After running my debit card, I was handed a receipt to sign with "Non-Refundable Deposit" stamped on the receipt in BIG RED LETTERS. I refused to sign and contemplated demanding my money back and walking out but chose to stay because of my experience with Richard. Advice to Jaffarian, the 1980's are dead and bully automotive marketing tactics don't win consumers anymore, service experience does. People have complex lives and things happen that could delay someone's ability to close on a deal in an agreed upon timeframe. Don't bully people with "Non-Refundable Deposits" because the person who can't close today could very well be a customer tomorrow. You guys have a great staff, an evolving reputation, and a young manager (Gavin) who have you positioned to grow. Don't sour the Jaffarian experience with incendiary big red letters only intended to muscle people into closing the deal. It's not necessary.

Jaffarian sends email reminders of the need to schedule routine service. When you call the service department, you are treated respectfully, no matter who answers the phone. The waiting room is large, comfortable, and well appointed (there are reading carrels if you need to work quietly). The restroom was spotless! If you cannot wait, a courtesy van takes you home, and will fetch you when your car is ready. If the technicians find something else that should be fixed, your service desk person explains what they found, how soon it should be fixed, and what it will cost. When the car was ready, it was neat and clean; I couldn't tell that workers had been in the car. All in all: the best dealership experience I've had.

Every look frward to visiting your dealer? I do, the staff are absolutely friendly, the waiting area is set up for business while waiting for a service to complete.. When I have needed a loaner it has always been a late model vehicle that I might be interested in purchasing. Even the free coffee is Starbucks, outstanding. The overall experience was excellent! We explained our situation to them and they were able to put together a number of vehicles for us to choose from based on our budget. In regards to the process, it went smoothly without any issues and that gave us a piece of mind knowing that they were on top of everything right from the start. I have been using the the Jaffarian Volvo Service Center for several years. They are very good and are honest. I feel that they do what needs to be done and do not add on or make up extra problems that need to be fixed. They tell me if an issue really needs to be fixed or not and they also tell me if something is emergent, can wait till the next service, or if something is broken but is not a safety issue and is up to me to decide if I want it fixed or not. The passenger side door lock on one of my Volvo does not go down all the way sometimes. They told me it was was up to me whether I wanted it fixed or not. I decided to just check that the door is locked each time I lock the car rather than fix it. There was no pressure at all that it needed to be fixed. I once had tires replaced at another auto shop (not a Volvo service center) who said that the front tie rod and rear brake rotors/pads needed to be replaced. They told me it was emergent and a safety issue and if I drove out of their facility without getting it fixed, it would be at my own risk. The cost was estimated to be about $800. I took the car over the Jaffarian Volvo who squeezed us in and told us the front tie rod was in good shape and the rotors/brake pads were fine. As someone who does not know much about cars, I really appreciate their honesty. Their waiting room is also comfortable with lots of space and free WiFi. I went to a Volvo Service Center at another dealership which was cramped and crowded with extremely rude staff.

After going to multiple dealerships with our 2 year old, we were getting extremely frustrated! Rich at Jaffarian and other staff immediately catered to our daughter with drinks and snacks and helped keep her

What I took away from this visit to Jaffarian was the exceptional service I received from Franco Espaillat. I had a last minute problem at home and Franco worked with me to change my appointment time. Then when I came in for service I left a coupon on my seat and Franco made sure that I was credited for it. I called him during the day to ask that he get me a quote for a part (with installation) and he followed-up as he said he would. When I arrived he had a great demeanor and was a pleasure to work with.

When I take my car there for routine service they always suggest what else should be done. I have a 2001 s60 with only 53,000 miles and they recently suggested that the fuel filter system should be changed. No pressure but when they said it should be done every 120,000 miles or 10 years I had them do. They, like me are also concerned with safety and this could have been a major issue if it failed

As always, I received wonderful service from Renee and the staff at the Volvo service dept. Renee is always professional, polite and knowledgeable. She relates the recommendations of the technicians to me, but never in a pushy, "you really need to get this done" way. If I need to leave my car for extended periods of time she has a car available to borrow, which is a huge convenience! As nice as the waiting room is, I really appreciate not being held captive there or having to make arrangements to get home. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is I feel the labor cost is on the higher end. Otherwise, great job Jaffarian!!

Jaffarian's treated us with respect, they listened to any questions we had, made doubly sure we understood everything that was happening, they even had me test drive the new car a 2nd time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I was so impressed with how quickly on a Friday afternoon they got my new car registered. When I picked it up Saturday I asked what to do with the old plates and they cancelled the old registration and took care of the old plates for me. Overall the entire experience from start to finish was unexpectedly pleasant.

Everything went well in the leasing transaction- however - the tire monitor light went on 5 minutes after I left the lot (yesterday). I checked the tires with a gage - overinflated - I let out 5 lbs of air per tire but the light remains on and now I have to bring it back - oyyyyyyy. Service people not too empathetic - I don't need a pity party but it is a pain!!!!

Brian told me about all the additional options I can get on my car, however at no point I felt pushed to get those option. My experience at Jaffarian was excellent! I was a bit nervous because I have heard so many horror stories about car salesman, but my salesman Chris G. was knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I originally went in looking for a pre-owned vehicle I saw online but found out it had been sold. Chris was able to get me in a brand new vehicle within my monthly budget. I had a bit of a wait to meet with finance, but Chris stuck around after hours to make sure everything was done and done right. I went on a Thursday to test drive a car where I was greeted by Xavier. The test drive was great. Upon returning from the drive I spoke with Jim who sold my friend his truck. I left that night without a car, but returned on Saturday to talk numbers. We met with Jim first and were not able to settle on a price. We then spoke with Mike who closed the deal. I have always hated the "Car Buying Process" but working with Trevor Fanning provided a great experience for me. There was no pressure to buy and Trevor was patient as I went through my usual indecisiveness. I made a down payment on a late model used car at the end last year for delivery the same day or the next business day with a chance that it would be delayed longer due to paperwork problems caused by the Massachusetts RMV. The worst did happen since the MA RMV was its normal self. When I complained about the delay, everyone at the dealership bent over backwards to make things right even though the delay was out of their control. How a dealership responds when things do not go correctly is a discriminator between the good and the best. Their response was much better than I could ever hope for. I have had the pleasure of dealing with some good dealerships in the past, but I don't think any of them were as good as Jaffarian when it counted. I am amazed that such dedication to customer satisfaction still exists.

I enjoyed working with Stephanie. She was down to earth and easy in conversation. I might say she was one of the most genuine sales people I've encountered! It would have been nice to get a lower price but I am mostly happy with the deal. The car drives like a charm. I also enjoyed Harley in Finance. All I had to do to buy my dream car was walk in. The rest was up to Gary and boy did he work hard to get me exactly what I wanted. They fill out all the paperwork for you and make sure you understand exactly what is happening. Harley in finance was great too. I was nervous about getting my first lease, but as soon as I walked through the door at Jaffarian the nerves went away because I was immediately welcomed and felt comfortable. They worked with me to get me the car I wanted for the payments I wanted. What I was most impressed by was that they did EVERYTHING (registration, inspection, insurance) all in their facility. I looked online on a Friday, found a car I liked. Went in for test drive and pricing negotiation on Saturday. Signed paperwork on Sunday. Had my new car on Monday!!!  This is the first time I have purchased an automobile and walked out knowing I got a good deal on the car. Gary Simard is first rate and I would recommend everyone to work with him. He was accommodating, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. They didn't have the car I wanted on the lot and he kept me up to date over the two weeks we waited for him and the swap manager to find what we were looking for. He didn't push me or rush me. Most importantly, I received a fair trade for my 11 year old car and a great price for my new one. Even financing was a breeze with over 10 banks that they work with. A vastly different experience than the last one I had 11 years ago from the same dealership. Give them a try! If I had the money, I'd get another one from them.

I was looking for a very rare pick up at the end of the model year - only 3 left in all of New England. Jaffarian committed to getting it for me and still gave me an awesome price despite other dealers who wanted to hold out for the max price given the high demand/low stock for these. My salesman was terrific and didn't try to sell me any extras. Ditto the business manager (you know how they try to get you to go for add-ons). Will definitely go back for my next vehicle.

We went to 3 dealerships. First your dealership greeted us at the door with a big smile. Our salesman Louis Monteforte told us he has 5 years of experience and we could see that but what we got at Jaffarian's was the best price. We paid just what we wanted to pay. The other dealerships were not even close to your price.


Brought my Volvo in for service & had the pleasure of working with Gavin Jaffarian. He was very responsive and knew what he was talking about! I felt comfortable having a big service job done here, it being my first time visiting the dealership, because of him.

Having just purchased a pre-owned Volvo at Jaffarian's, I wanted to say that it was a very positive experience. The sales rep, Louis, was friendly and spent adequate time answering my questions and reviewing information on the vehicle that I chose. He actually pulled up reviews of that vehicle on his desk computer and gave me plenty of time and privacy to discuss them with my husband. I didn't feel pressured to buy that vehicle or that day, but Louis was able to get the vehicle for me at the price that I wanted. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. Let's hope that the vehicle is as good as it seems and that service is as good as sales!

On this topic, I have to thank Jaffarian Volvo for straightening TWO rims, providing proper alignment, a loaner vehicle for 2.5 days, a reasonable estimate AND coming in $200 below the estimate faster than originally promised! I have to "thank" the states of NY and NJ for the horrible roads from this winter. These are the just the beginning of reasons that I travel back to Haverhill from Marblehead for service on my awesome C70!

You should know that the Volvo Service Dept. has over the years treated my wife and I with absolute courtesy and genuine politeness.  We have a 2001 S60 with only 48,000 miles.  Two reasons that it is so good is:  1- It's a Volvo and 2 - Your service department has always taken care of it.

Today my wife was on the highway and the check engine light came on.  She went to the service department and Renee made her feel so relaxed and good.  My wife was very stressed about the issue, but left there feeling really good.  I spoke to Gavin later and told him and asked for your e mail so I could let you know.
