COVID 19 (Coronavirus) Update: April 29, 2020

The Jaffarian Volvo Service, Parts, and Body Shop departments are essential services and are remaining open with limited staff to support our community members in need of vehicle repair. Our service hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.  Saturday from 8am-1pm. Closed on Sundays. Call to schedule an appointment for service (978) 372-8551.

The Jaffarian Volvo Sales Department is closely monitoring all communications via telephone and online through May 18th, 2020, when businesses across the Commonwealth are hoping to re-open.  Although our physical location is closed, our online showroom is open 24/7!  And you can still purchase a vehicle online and it will be delivered directly to your home!  Reach out to our remote team members via telephone or online if you would like to purchase a new vehicle (978) 372-8551.

In the past few days, we have all learned about the measures being taken to slow the spread of the COVID-19 (coronavirus). For Jaffarian Volvo, that means understanding how it affects our customers, employees, and community. We have made and will continue to make adjustments in our operations to uphold the highest level of safety for our customers and staff. At Jaffarian Volvo, we are adhering to these safety measures: 


  • Increased the frequency of cleanings - disinfecting common surfaces including phones, door handles, touchscreens, keyboards, snack/beverage areas, and restroom facilities throughout the day, in addition to dealership deep-cleaning.  
  • Training for employees to protect themselves and our loyal customers.   

 

We have also increased our online options to view and purchase new or pre-owned vehicles. In a few simple clicks, you can shop for your next vehicle, and we are only a chat, email, or phone call away to assist you. View our special offers to learn more.
